Thomas A. Copulos, D.D.S., P.A.
Since 8th grade, Dr. Copulos wanted to be a dentist. His personal experience with orthodontics and oral surgery sparked his interest in becoming a dentist. He focused his education, at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, toward going to Case Western Reserve School of Dentistry. In dental school, Dr. Copulos was at the top of his class and received many honors for research. One of his professors approached him and suggested that he would make a great periodontist. Dr. Copulos worked as a general dentist in his hometown of Miami for two years, and then applied for a Periodontal Residency program. He was accepted at the University of Florida and completed his residency in 1992. He started practicing in Boca Raton and opened his own office in 1995. Doctor Thomas A. Copulos earned his Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology, a board certification, in 1995. He is a past President of the Florida Association of Periodontists and a member of the American Academy of Periodontology and the American Dental Association.

Front Desk Manager – Lauren White
A native Floridian, Lauren received her Associates degree at Palm Beach State University. A family friend suggested she consider dental assisting as a stepping stone to her ultimate goal of becoming a Dental Hygienist. She attended the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches and interned at the office of Dr. Copulos. We were so impressed with her personality, people skills and demeanor that we hired her once her internship was completed. She has continued with her education to achieve the Expanded Duties certification for a dental assistant and has become our Front Desk Manager. At this point in her career, Lauren enjoys helping patients, assisting in periodontal and dental implant surgery and helping patients achieve renewed smiles with the Pinhole technique so much, that her dream of dental hygiene is now on hold.
